Another year at Photonics West, the leading event for photonics and laser companies, is in the books! With over 5,000 presentations and 1,300 exhibiting companies, the consensus so far is that traffic was down and quality was up. After months preparing client booths, websites, collateral pieces, and campaigns, we're excited to share a few favorites!

Leonardo Electronics US / Lasertel

This 20’x30’ booth offered our design team a perfect case study in opportunities and challenges. As part of their efforts to rebrand from Lasertel to Leonardo without losing the brand equity and recognition of Lasertel for this audience, this booth was an important part of their brand roll-out strategy. Form meets function with two conference 'rooms', four product displays, and plenty of attractive open space. A booth of this magnitude may not be suitable for companies of all sizes, but this was the perfect situation in Lasertel’s case and sure attracted a lot of new prospects.

Optimax Systems, Inc.

Optimax Systems, a manufacturer of optical components, hosted a bright and clean booth design with high-impact displays. Maintaining their focus on their 'secret sauce', Optimax decided to show off their Awesome Sauce and give out samples. New pens, tote bags, or notebooks are common trade show giveaways, but that's an unbeatable take-home reminder of the Optimax brand!

Deposition Sciences, Inc.

DSI's new campaign, "it's all in the coating" was a bit of a departure for them, but a risk that paid off. By continuing their campaign theme across print and digital advertising, aisle signage, and in-booth signage, they attracted a lot of comments and new conversations.
