Marketing Manager 


The Account Manager is a leader within the Account Services team and is an active contributor to Launch Team Incorporated’s growth, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall future vision.

This position reports to the VP, Account Services and will lead client engagements for our diverse portfolio of B2B clients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationship and work, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Meeting project budget goals.
  • Ensuring that goals and expectations are clearly defined and communicated to all internal and external parties.
  • Building an account team and training the team on client specifics.
  • Setting a marketing strategy for clients.
  • Creating concepts and campaigns as well as positioning and messaging for clients.
  • Growing existing account revenue and developing new business.
  • Acting as an internal customer on behalf of clients.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 (ten) years of expertise in participating/leading diverse business teams.
  • Minimum 10 (ten) years of expertise in participating/leading change in business.
  • Business acumen.
  • Verbal and written communication proficiency.
