PLS Announces Blueprint for Change
July 22, 2010 (Rochester, NY)


In partnership with PLP Digital Systems, PLS introduces an industry-specific strategic marketing program to reposition commercial printers. John Cronin, President of PLP, recognized a need in his customer base to reposition their brands to focus on higher-value services. This pilot program will guide up to 10 customers through a six-month change program that blends marketing consulting, coaching and collaboration with group accountability to make sure change “sticks” and real revenue growth is achieved.

Blueprint for Change is an industry-specific program that’s based on PLS’ proven positioning process to help companies:

Identify their unique value proposition based on best customer input and competitive research

Tell a new story, focused on higher-value services, consistently

Get the word out, through a strategic and tactical marketing roadmap

Though Blueprint for Change is the first of such initiatives, PLS looks to broaden this offering in other industries that face similar challenges, like:

A need to diversify into new markets or services

Falling revenues or margin pressures in existing lines of business.
