The launch of this major change plan involved creating alignment and a clear message focused on value to the end customer, and a multi-channel roll-out to all stakeholders. From initial engagement to unveiling at offsite event three months later, Launch coordinated with outside vendors and internal team to meet deadlines and report outcomes at a board level.
