MetLife wished to brand an enterprise change initiative and develop a strategy to communicate long-term vision and drive near-term behavior at every level of the organization (in less than three months).
Launch Team facilitated creative sessions with the executive leadership team to brand and communicate a change initiative for a worldwide, 7000-person organization, its customers and stakeholders. The launch of this major change plan involved creating alignment and a clear message focused on value to the end customer, and a multi-channel roll-out to all stakeholders. From initial engagement to unveiling at offsite event three months later, Launch coordinated with outside vendors and internal team to meet deadlines and report outcomes at a board level.
