Program Manager


The Program Manager is a position within our Account Services team and will manage client engagements for our diverse portfolio of B2B clients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationship and work, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Managing project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, and working collaboratively with internal creative and production resources to deliver projects on time, in budget and at the highest quality level.
  • Learning our clients’ markets and products to be a strategic partner to them
  • Ensuring that goals and expectations are clearly defined and communicated to all internal and external parties.
  • Helping to set a marketing strategy for clients.
  • Creating concepts and campaigns as well as positioning and messaging for clients.
  • Executing marketing campaigns which will include website content, email programs and nurtures, social media, inbound and thought leadership content, and digital ads for clients.
  • Advising clients on their marketing and sales technology infrastructure and executing programs from within their technology infrastructure.




  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Business acumen and proven ability to thrive in highly technical industries
  • Strong writing and editing skills are necessary.
  • Marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Pardot, SharpSpring or Marketo preferred).
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads experience is a plus.
